Our shop is open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.

We are open 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays, and holidays. Delivery available on Sunday's and holidays.

We are open 365 days a year for your convenience. To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order in plenty of time prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $14.99 will be added to each order, for each address. For rush deliveries the delivery will be $30.00. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary)

Orders must be received in plenty of time to assure same-day delivery, for same day delivery, orders must be placed by 1:30pm. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

It is necassary to have a phone number for the recipient of the flowers, prior to delivery. Mulitple attempts of of a non-delivery could result in a second delivery fee being charged. 

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses cannot be guaranteed.

Our first delivery leaves at 9:00 am and will be delivered between 11:00 am-1:00 pm. Orders for this time need to be placed by 8:30am.

Second delivery leaves at 1:00 pm and will be delivered betweeen 3:00 pm-6:00pm. Orders for this time need to be placed by 12:30pm.

Orders for businesses that need to be there by 3:00pm, 4:00pm or 5:00pm need to be placed by 8:30am.

We will be happy to accept your Canadian and international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept orders going to other cities in Alberta and Canada and around the world, over the internet.. As our prices, are not the same as other flower shops. There is an additional wire charge of $15.00, on top of a delivery charge of $15.00.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
